LENGTH OF TIME
The length of our coaching partnership will vary depending on your needs and preferences. My experience is that a 3-month commitment is a great starting point for several reasons. First, three months is the time it generally takes to make a new habit. Second, as we work together you may experience peaks and valleys due to the shifts you will be making in both your beliefs and actions. Third, because of these peaks and valleys, it is beneficial to have continued support as you move forward towards lasting change. Other factors that may impact the length of our coaching relationship include what you wish to achieve, your individual learning style, the frequency of our sessions, and your financial resources available to support coaching.

SERVICES / PACKAGES OFFERED
It is important to me to be able to offer several packages that allow you choices based on your time, money, learning style and the depth of work we will be doing. I ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months, though it can go longer. I also work in both 30 and 60 minute sessions depending on which amount of time will best support you in your process. If you don’t see a package that works for you, I’ll be glad to customize one just for you.

Initial Session
90 minutes
$200

In this initial session, we will take a snapshot of where you are today, clarify and define what you’re seeking and how I can best support you in your journey, set a clear plan of action with checkpoints for progress and awareness, and mutually agree on the logistical parameters of our coaching relationship including day and time, frequency, session length and where/how we meet. This is required before beginning a 3-month or longer coaching commitment.

12 total hours of coaching

Enjoy $250 off of the short-term coaching rate. 12 hours of coaching calls, walk & talk, or meet at my office in Fremont based on our agreed upon schedule. Weekly email check-ins. Homework between sessions. Initial session required before beginning.

Stick Your Toe In
6 total hours of coaching

Short-term Coaching
$150/hour

Do you have a specific issue for which you want help? Short-term coaching can help with immediate issues, such as completing a project, setting healthy boundaries, coping with a loss or a transition, reaching an important decision, and others. Schedule a session whenever you need some support. Short-term coaching can be over the phone, walk & talk, or at my office. No commitment required.

Walk & Talk
“To keep your balance in life, you must keep moving.” – Einstein
We meet at Seattle area parks and do just that, talk while we walk. This is a great way to be in movement while getting coached. You may find that a way to change your perspective is to move your energy. This is another coaching option besides phone calls or meeting at my office. One hour minimum.

Payment must be made before coaching begins by check or credit card options are available through PayPal.
